Construction of production and warehouse buildings of ceramic granite and tile production plant ATEM

Project description:

The first lot of ceramic tile was produced in May 2003, and today plant is equipped with eight automatic production lines. ATEM plant – integrated, fully automatized production starting from preparation of mixture to tile packing. More than 100 mio USD was invested in construction,  modernization and developing of production capacities. Technical equipment for the plant was provided by international leaders of equipment production, namely by SACMI, SYSTEM, SITI, KEMAC and TECHNOITALIA and others. Multi-purpose ATEM equipment give the possibility to produce the wide range of products, including: wall and floor tile, borders, decorative components, ceramic granite, dimensional frieze and small-sized tile.

Production capacity:

• production area - 120 000 sq.m.
• ceramic and porcelain tiles - over 22 million sq.m./year
• that is of Ukraine overall ceramic and porcelain tile production  - 33%
