Reconstruction and reshaping of unfinished construction into confectionary production facility. Chocolate section and finished goods warehouse

Project description:
Confectionary consisting of floury and chocolate workshops. Floury production is equipped with LASER Italian lines on sugar, fruit-filled and rich biscuits production and snack products. Chocolate workshop is equipped with two BUHLER Swiss lines on chocolate masses and chocolate bricks production.
Reconstruction of chocolate section foresaw installation of three lines for chocolate sweets and hollow-centered chocolate figures production. Reconstruction was aimed to increase the assortment. Construction of high-rise warehouse meets the need of owned storage facilities and storage of finished goods at required temperature conditions.
Projected production capacity: 
- biscuits production - 48 tons/day
- sunflower seeds - 30 tons/day
- storage capacity – 1 500 tons of finished goods
- warehouse area – 3 500 sq.m.
