Project description:

Complex is projected to intake, store at high rack stand and sell non-food goods in packed certain number of pieces (store shelves warehousing). Open-air parking lot can allocate up to 2500 vehicles for presale storage.

warehouse capacity – 5 000 tons total area under construction – 11 556,6 sq.m., including   office building – 1 167,1 sq.m. warehouse – 10 389,5 sq.m.
